We offer a free 15-minute initial telephone consultation to potential clients, to discuss your needs and to check we are a good match for working together. Please feel free to contact us with any queries.

Cancellation

We would appreciate as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment. This allows someone else to have access to a session if needed.

If you give more than 48 hours’ notice there is no charge. However, if you give less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged the full fee.

Additional Fees

Letters, reports, emails, phone calls, or video calls that require more than 15 minutes duration will incur an additional cost – this will be agreed with you in advance. This is usually the hourly session rate of your practitioner.

If you intend to use private healthcare insurance and your policy does not cover the full cost of each session, you will be responsible for the payment of any fees not covered by your policy. You are also responsible for any excess from your insurance policy.
